How to unlock the God Almighty achievement in The Solus Project - Definitive Guide

This seems to be bugged but in a good way, I did a fair bit of exploring but did not pick up that many relics or artifacts, the pause screen said I had 8/118 secrets I certainly had more than that so that seems not to be accurately tracking them there either. Anyway this popped when I picked up an artefact just after the library.

This just popped on the 100th secret found. Just added up what i have so far in the diary.

100th for me as well. Thank goodness because I had one glitch out on the spawn island
