The Solus Project

As soon as you break through the nets after you've just crashed landed and went through your PDA perks, jump over the one piece of crashed debris and look to your right you should see some I think tall hexagon looking rocks, amungst them slightly to the left of them you'll see a round boulder rock, walk forward and past it until you see down the slope four blue rods poking out of the ground next to the ocean, walk past these until you come to the edge of the ocean and look to your right slightly, you'll see a blue frame of some sort from the crash, swim/jog over to it, once you've arrived you'll see a tin can next to it and some debris from the ship crash, walk straight forward until you squeeze in between these two hexagon shaped rocks, look on the floor and you'll see the flight recorder from the crash, hold the X button over it to pick it up, as soon as you have done this the achievement will unlock.
