How to unlock the Oh, I Need This? achievement in The Solus Project - Definitive Guide

Pretty easy really as soon as you leave the pod their will be a PDA on the floor with an explanation mark, do not pick it up for the first 5 minutes of real time and do not pause either and this should pop

Easy achievement. At the beginning don't pick up the PDA after selecting a perk and difficulty.
Wait 5 minutes and BAM.

As soon as you come out of your escape pod after the cutscene, walk foward and look down slightly and there's a PDA on the floor that gives you different perks in the game, choose any of the perks it's completely upto you once you've chosen your perk, keep your game unpaused and just wait five minutes in real life time for it to pop.

At the very beginning of the game, when you get out of the escape capsule, just stand still and do nothing for 5 minutes.
