As soon as you find the teleporter (story related, 10 min after the begining), use it by launching the teleporter disc at your feet 
and then by teleport yourself 
, rince and repeat 10 times in 30 seconds. It is important to launch it as close as possible in order to shorten the time between teleportations.
You have to find the good timing to press the triggers becase if you to fast it does not work !
