This is story related and cannot be missed.

Achievement is currently bugged and will not unlock. I recommend leaving the game before you find the energy source if you care about the achievements because I am not sure if it will unlock if or when they do fix it.

Update: the achievements will be fixed during the next patch this month (August) according to the developers.

Update of the Update: There will be a patch in October according to Grip Digital. (Was supposed to be in August)

Update 3: the achievement has been patched and should be working.

KDV Criminal, shut up already. So before spewing out that "it could take a while because the developers are burnt out." You should probably have done what you said, which was to get serious information since we were "unintelligent", such as yourself.

What useless "solution" ...not even a lil bit helpfull.
Of course it's glitched. Storyrelated cheevo and no tracked gamer unlocked it. No need to extraexplain for me.

It is a useful solution because people will be checking this as to why its still locked. Just like you're here and commenting on every glitched achievement that I posted a solution for. When it is fixed, I will edit my solution.

I think you need to calm down just because
you dont find the solution useful doesn't mean someone else will. Go ahead and give me a negative vote if it makes your ego feel a little better.

Well "should" isn't the same as "will" and in fact that it's August already my own opinion is that it could took a while. Am i wrong? Guess not.

I can confirm that the update fixed this and the "Alien Living Room Explorer" Achievements as I just unlocked them but I still can't seem to get the "Acid Trip" Achievement..
