In the boss's office just keep pressing 8 on the keypad and you will get the achievement.

From Stanley’s office, walk through the office and down the corridor. Follow the corridor (there are no diverging paths) until you are standing in a room with two doors. Following the narrator, walk through the door on the left and follow the corridor to the meeting room. Exit the meeting room through the door on the far side, take a right and continue until you happen upon a stairwell. Climb the stairs to the top and exit the stairwell, take a right and you will see an open door on the left. This is the boss’s office.

Enter the office and there is a keypad on the wall behind the desk. Instead of listening to the narrator, enter the combination ‘8888’ twice and you will hear a voice say ‘8’ and the achievement will unlock.

In the boss's office, on the panel, press the number 8 until you get the achievement. If the panel is not accessible and the passage through the fireplace opens on its own, then re-enter the game or reset the progress in the settings.
