Simply click (a button) on Door 430 fives times. This is literally just outside of your starting room.
The narrator will then give you some commands to complete, around 10 tasks, involving clicking on doors (follow the corridor to find Doors 416 / 417), clicking on photocopiers and climbing on a desk.
If it asks to click on the Copier this is in the 1st room behind a partition.
To climb on the desk walk on the box beside it and click and wiggle the joystick and you'll eventually climb on.
It will eventually tell you to click on Door 430 fives times and then it'll pop.

Beating the game overwrites door 416 as the New Content door. It puts door 416 further inside the new content area, but clicking that door doesn't seem to continue the progress toward this achievement.
You can simply quit to the menu and reset your save data in the settings so that door 416 returns to it's original state

Just FYI - don't reset your save data. Eventually after playing some of the new content, the door will revert back to 416 and the achievement is unlockable.

There is one way to get the "New Content" Door to revert to Door 416 AND allow you to get the achievement. If you walk up to The Boss's office and then back out before the doors shut (like on the way to the "Escape Pod Ending"), then all the doors behind you will open. If you go back towards Stanley's office you will find the "New Content" Door will now be Door 416 again. However, you MUST start the chain of actions BEFORE going up to The Boss's office.
This is the only way to get the "New Content" Door to revert to Door 416 that I know works for the achievement. There's a Door 416 past the "New Content" Door, this does not work. Also, during the "Confusion Ending" the "New Content" Door appears as Door 416 each time The Narrator resets the game, but you cannot start the chain of actions to do the achievement while in the restarted versions of this ending.
You can't even start the chain of events AFTER going to The Boss's office and coming back. You must start the chain first and then go up to The Boss's office and come back.
When I originally did this achievment I started on the chain of actions and then found Door 416 to be missing when I needed it. So I then went up to The Boss's office, came back down, found Door 416, and continued the list to get the achievement.
To actually do the achievement you have to perform the following actions, The Narrator will guide you through all of them but the first.
- You'll find Door 430 on the right as you walk out of Stanley's Office. Click on Door 430 five times.
- Click on Door 430 twenty times.
- Click on Door 430 fifty times.
- Go past the next room (the 42Xs) and Door 417 is in the hall. Click on Door 417 twenty times.
- Go back towards Stanley's office and to the left of Door 430 is Door 437, give it a "few" clicks.
- Go back past Door 417 and into the hallway is Door 415 (do not go beyond the decision door or you'll have to go up to The Boss's office to unlock the door). Put "about 10 clicks or so" on Door 415.
- Back to Door 437.
- Turn around and click on the copymachine behind the partition wall.
- Back to Door 417.
- Then go to Employee 419's desk (it should be the first "Awaiting Input" computer). There's a box on the floor, use it to wiggle up on top of the box, then the chair, and then on top of the desk.

If you attempt this to late one of the doors required is changed to new content. You can revert it by finishing the epilogue and refusing to accept any more random sequels when the computer asks.
