This works exactly as described -- it's awarded simultaneously with any other achievement.

This can be obtained with any other achievement, but I'll provide an example with a guide that will also unlock "Beat the Game."

From the start, proceed normally until you reach your first choice. Go through the door on the left, as the narrator says. Once you reach the stairs, you need to go upstairs instead of down, again, as the narrator says. When you enter your boss' office, you'll be given a passcode (2-8-4-5) to put in on a keypad behind the desk. Do this, then through the secret door go left and take the elevator down.

Now continue on through the mind control facility, and keep going forward until you reach two buttons, marked "off" and "on" respectively. Hit the "off" button, and you will be presented with the main ending of the game, and be awarded the achievement "Beat the Game," which in turn will also unlock this achievement.

At this point, the person reading this guide, left the author an upvote. There would be seemingly no reason to downvote, as this guide is clearly flawless in every way imaginable. So flawless in fact, it completely reinvented the idea of what an achievement solution is really comprised of. "My!" the reader thought to themselves, "This solution is such an ideal solution! At no point did I feel lost, or confused, or directionless." The reader continued to ruminate to themselves, "I can only theorize, that anyone who would feel the need to downvote, would be utterly and completely compelled to explain why. After all, there's no sense in leaving pointless feedback that an author such as this one couldn't learn from." The reader then continued on with their day, realizing they were now in fact no longer reading a guide, but rather a written paragraph describing the only logical reaction any one person could have to laying their eyes on such a masterpiece of an achievement walkthrough.
