How to unlock the Speed Run achievement in The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe - Definitive Guide
To get the quickest time possible you'll need to reach the bosses office 3-4 times. You can reset after the wall opens up, either through yourself entering the code or by the narrator telling you to move on. Eventually he'll start to open it as you reach the room.
Once this starts to happen, reset a few more times and you'll start in the corridor just before the two door choice.
From there blitz through the rest of the first run, following the initial path laid out by the narrator.

You have to be patient. It took me over 30 resets after i started in the corridor before the two doors.

Sadly this didn't work for me, I never got placed in the corridor before the left/right choice, despite completing many times.

As SweetNuclearPie says, once you do the bosses office a few times, the door will automatically open for you. After 7 attempts I never was placed started by the two doors, but it is still possible.
Hit the first button in the Mind Control room and then you can can climb on the chair, onto the desk and onto the barrier and fall down on the rising walkway.
If you miss the walkway and fall to the floor you get a different ending but it won’t be fast enough for a speed run.

I also was never started by the two doors after many run throughs. Great solution, clearly using the desk to get to the rising walkway knocks just enough time off. Thank you!

Funnily enough, if you fall down from the railing and let that ending play out until the game restarts on its own, there is an added hallway at the beginning of the game which negates the time saved by the railing skip... Cheeky bastards. So if you fall down, make sure to restart manually.

You don't have to do it from the corridor just infront of the two doors, when the narrator opens the bosses secret room before you are even in the office you can still get the achievement by just following the narrators path.
This utilizes the new stuff. When you unlocked the new unlocked area and get to the new content aka "Jump zone" go to the zone. Then proceed to go to begin the game again. Now you will have unlimited jumps. Utilizing the first guide of already pre-entering the code of 2-8-4-5 and replaying to at least to that zone one more time you will have instant access to the secret elevator. With the jump ability you can now at the mind control facility press the button jump the fence and jump over onto the rising bridge to the other side and repeat. It will save you about 20-30 seconds.
In order to unlock this, you must complete the game with the ‘Freedom’ ending in the allotted time. But first, you need to make some preparations.
Follow the walkthrough in Beat The Game (90G) to the boss’s office and use the combination ‘2845’ to open the fireplace. After it opens, use the elevator in the darkened area to descend, and when it finally stops and opens, exit and walk through the ‘Mind Control Facility’ door, then press and choose ‘Begin the game again’.
In the next playthrough, return to the boss’s office, but instead of having to enter the combination, the narrator will eventually open the fireplace for you. Descend the elevator, exit (noting that after the LOADING screen you are already at the bottom) and walk through the ‘Mind Control Facility’ door. Once again press and choose ‘Begin the game again’. Repeat at least twice more and you will notice that each time the fireplace opens quicker, eventually opening before you enter the boss’s office.
With that part complete, keep restarting the game until you spawn in one of the two locations in the screenshots below. It might take just a few restarts, but it might also take multiple ones. For me, it took nearly 30 restarts for the blue office to appear.
Spawning in one of these two locations starts you that much closer to the room with the two doors, as it is nearly impossible to unlock this if you begin from Stanley’s office.
Walk through the left door and continue the path as outlined in Beat The Game (90G). Because of the preparation beforehand, when you reach the boss’s office, the fireplace should be opening as you walk in. Continue down the elevator and into the ‘Mind Control Facility’ and press the button on the first platform. You can either wait for the gate to open or you can shave off a few seconds by stepping onto the chair and desk, walking along the railing to the gate, then dropping off into the darkness onto the ascending walkway. This is not completely necessary as you should finish with about 10 seconds to spare.
Continue the walkthrough as normal, making sure you follow the path. In the ‘Facility Power’ room, after pressing the ‘Off’ button, wait for the large door to open completely then step out. If you completed the game in less than the time required, the achievement will unlock.

‘Short Corridor’ - walk straight down the corridor to the two doors
‘Blue Office’ - walk into the office then turn right and follow the path to the two doors

The quickest way to speed run this game is:
1. Go to the bosses office and wait for the narrator to unlock the secret passage by himself
2. Restart your game until you start looking straight into the room with the two doors.
3. Beat the game as normal.
Note: I found it took a few tries just due to sometimes the Narrator for me wouldn't automatically open the secret passage instantly. If this happens for you it might take doing the run anyway and trying again to make it happen.

I read through all the solutions here and it didn't quite click what they meant until I saw this video.

Can be obtained in the original "Freedom" ending (the one with the final disabling of mind control). To do this, we enter the code several times on the panel in the boss’s office and restart the game - at some point the door will begin to open on its own, reducing the time. You can also try to restart the game several times without leaving Stanley's office - with a random probability, it is possible to spawn in front of two doors at once, which will significantly save time.

everything is as in the hint above: we restart until we get two doors spawning immediately at the Starting point. Go to the left door and follow the Narrator's words until the ending "Freedom" - there it will be just less than 4 minutes 20 seconds.
