Very easy and could be your 1st achievement if you want.
Simply start a game and when your in game and see your office. Press the guide button
on your controller to go to your dashboard, and highlight the game and press the 
button and select quit.
Open the game again and then start a new game and it'll pop immediately

When playing for the first time, at the main menu, select ‘Begin the game’. When you are finally in your office and have control of Stanley (either by skipping or watching the introduction), press 
and select ‘Quit to menu’. At the main menu, press 
(the white guide button), highlight the game title, press then choose ‘Quit’. This will completely shut down the game.
When you restart the game and have control of Stanley again, the achievement will unlock.
