Story related. When waking on day 2 irving will discuss getting your breakfast. Go down to food stores on ground floor (off dining room) to find moldy food. Irving will tell you to look in the freezer, on doing so the door will lock popping the achievement.

Edit: If it doesn't pop, back to main menu so you can replay that Day 2 from the start.
