I want to stress that you must take this literally. Wander the hotel, avoiding the ballroom, using the mic until you get the achievement. It is missable and heading straight to the ballroom to report the items will not get you the achievement.

You don't have to wander the whole hotel... Just cross corridor to the other side and around room 109 110 the achievement should pop
