You need to complete part of day 6 by reporting the locked door to room 117, opposite side of the floor your apartment is on, then collecting the screwdriver from the generator room, either by going the same way as before through the crawlspace or directly to the now opened door in the garage.

This is the only achievement that didn't pop for me

Yeah, same here. Remains locked after two attempts. I hope this isn't one of those achievements that requires the "just play it on a different console" fix.
Update: Got it on the third playthrough. Skipped some bits related to other achievements - did main story only and it popped as it ought.
