Just to clarify, this is during day 8 after interacting with the lectern in the church. Go down the stone corridor and at the bottom of the staircase, interact with the fake wall panel.

Just a warning, i completed the game (in one session) and this is the only achievement i did not get. Seems buggy to me.

Edit: After 3 playthroughts in total, this (not missable) achievement still won't unlock. I give up.

I somehow didn't get this on my first playthough. I'm currently on Day 7 on my second so hopefully it unlocks then as this is my last one.

This one didn't pop for me first time round, I closed the game before leaving the room and redid Day 8, and it popped the second time around. I dunno when the next autosave happens but try closing out and trying again if it doesn't pop.
