For those wondering if this works, like I was, before doing the going offline thing. Absolutely do this one, it works great and I had no problems getting both endings with five minutes of each other.

This should be top solution. Worked for me, when you choose what ever ending option with Eli and get the achievement, don’t let it save and follow daamdaam45’s tip straight away:
