How to unlock the Triplets achievement in The Surge 2 - Definitive Guide
To get this achievement, you need to defeat three optional bosses called DELVER ECHOES:
DELVER ECHO ALPHA
DELVER ECHO BETA
DELVER ECHO GAMMA
You will first be able to encounter them after the main world changing event (defeating Major General Ezra Shields).
The Echos are better, stronger and faster versions of the Delver boss you killed earlier in Gideon's Rock. On the other hand, each of them is only one of the three phases of the original Delver boss.
Delver Echo Alpha (1st phase of Delver boss) will attack you if you come close to a half-buried chest in a large cavern in the underground (soon after defeating Ezra Shields, right before you reach Creo Institute of Technology).
Delver Echo Beta (2nd phase of Delver boss) - the same location, after resting in a MedBay
Delver Echo Gamma (3rd phase of Delver Boss) - A small courtyard next to Gideon's Plaza, where you originally found the drone cargo for the fake Russian doctor.
When you first come to the underground cavern, you might not be strong enough to face the Alpha. The good news is:
All three are available until the very last boss in the game! So there's no rush, if the challenge is too big, just come back later when you've levelled up a bit and upgraded your weapons.
Alpha and Beta won't attack you if you steer clear of the half-buried chest. Gamma will attack you if you enter the courtyard, so to avoid him, take a detour (through the underground).

This much easier very late game with good level 9 gear. I was able to kill the Gamma one easily when i first encountered it by baiting it's diving attack and dodging but the two in the underground were very difficult when I first met them.
When I came back later with better gear they were much more manageable and beat them first try.

Alpha was the hardest of the 3 for sure.He didn’t want to be baited anymore when I would get him to 20-30% HP. So just polished him off with the drone clips. Doing the DLC before doing this will out level you for the fight making this (Alpha) much more manageable.
Thumbs up 👍🏻

Although the Achievement is titled 'Triplets' you actually have to defeat four Delvers!
The first is story related and located in Gideon's Rock.
The second and third are accessible after defeating General Major Ezra Shields and after you wake up in the Underground. When progressing through the area you will eventually get to a large cavern with a chest located in the middle. Running up to the chest will cause Delver Echo Alpha to crash down on top of you, he will be in the wolf like form (second phase of Gideon's Rock delver)
The third is located in the Underground and is optional, after defeating Delver Echo Alpha rest at a Medbay and return to the cavern and interact with the chest again, this will cause another Delver to attack you.
The fourth is located in Central Plaza in Ruined Downtown Jericho, where the large Zebra graffiti is located. Upon entering the courtyard Delver Echo Gamma will crash through a wall and attack you (third phase of Gideon's Rock delver).

After the world changes, you will have the opportunity to kill three different delver enemies, each of which mimics a phase of the main boss fight you went through shortly before. All of them are technically optional, though you'll be hard pressed to miss the first two, and the third just requires you to return to the same area as the first later on.
- Echo Alpha #1 can be found in the Underground area (See Geronimo! (15G) for an easy way to get here). You'll pass this location and see a fake chest on the ground, approaching it makes the beast attack from the wall. This one mimics the second phase of the Delver fight.
- Echo Gamma is found in Central Plaza, and mimics the third phase of the Delver fight, which I found to be the easiest as it moves so slowly and can be easy to parry. I would suggest getting Own Medicine (20G) on this echo.
- Echo Alpha #2 is in the exact same spot as the first one. I came back immediately after I killed Gamma and it was available, though I don't know exactly when it spawns. This one mimics first phase of the Delver fight.
After defeating all three echoes, the achievement will unlock.

There are a total of 4 diggers in the game. The trophy was given after killing all four.

There are 4 in total
1) Plot-related, without it the rest will not appear
2) Appears in front of the underground entrance to CREO (you need to approach the box), in fact it comes across according to the plot, it’s hard to pass by
3) Appears near the first checkpoint, associated with the quest to find missing tourists (given at the bar)
4) Appears in the same place as number 2, after killing matriarch Celeste and killing number 2
Knocked down in the following sequence: 1 - matriarch Celeste - 3 - 2 - 4
