How to unlock the Don't I Know You...? achievement in The Surge 2 - Definitive Guide

After obtaining your ExoRig, head back into the prison area and open the cell at the top of the stairs … I think it's the second from the right. Doing that will free Benjamin and net you this achievement.

Benjaim is on the prison at the start of the game. You can free him after obtain the exo suit.

After getting the exo-rig installed during the first section of the game, you can now force open stuck doors. You will have passed Benjamin on your way to the exo-rig installation bay, so return back that way and open his cell to unlock this achievement.

You need to help the character at the very beginning of the game by putting on an exosuit and opening the doors of his cell. Later you will need to talk to him in the peaceful zone behind the Bravo checkpoint.
