This achievement is story related and will be awarded after redeeming your ticket in the Medbay in the Rocket Graveyard.

After you have activated the Med Bay, turn towards your left at the gear station. When you get close to it, it will have an interact prompt that says redeem voucher. Once you click the prompt you will acquire some gear and obtain the trophy.
