How to unlock the Gramophone Enthusiast achievement in The Surge - Definitive Guide

All 7 Audio Log are found on the table to the left of the Gear Assembly in the Testing Chamber. I noticed them after I finished the DLC, so I don't think they show up until you complete all of the Episodes.

Edit: It seems that you get an Audio Log for Episodes 1-3 and then one more for each Episode after 3.

I think Episodes 1-3 are technically bunched together too, so you probably get 1 for 1-3 and then 1 for each Episode after. That actually makes sense.

I have all 7 and the achievement hasn’t popped. Even replayed all 7 through my inventory... :-(

The audiologs all unlocked simply by completing the nine episodes of the DLC. They will spawn on the table next to the Gear Assembly station. You can pick them up one at a time as they spawn, or simply grab all seven after completing all the episodes. They won't disappear, so they can't be missed.

Audio recordings appear as you progress through the episodes on the table next to the "WORKBOOK"
