The Hey Listen trophy in The Surge is story-related and can't be missed. The trophy will unlock at the beginning of Central Production B.

Once you’ve defeated the first boss (P.A.X.) you will go to the Central Production B area. Once you get there, before you can even proceed deeper into the facility you will have to access a terminal in order to get your CREO companion drone. Once you’ve done this you will obtain this trophy.

Story-related and cannot be missed. You gain your companion drone shortly after you travel to Central Production B and interact with Drone Registration.

1.5 playthroughs I didn’t use the drone in battles due to the low damage, but
A drone with a strike module knocks down an enemy. It works on 4-legged dogs with a tail (they frayed my nerves until I learned how to knock off the tail), and on the penultimate boss (a walking dude with PAX), and on the last boss in the second phase, and on a shapeless heap that turns into gun, after being hit by a drone it stops for a few seconds.
We set the module to energy and to the lower energy limit - the energy does not drop to zero = there is always a charge for the drone. +In this combination you can install a module for self-medication. It heals slowly, but it always heals.
