How to unlock the I Choose You achievement in The Surge - Definitive Guide

You will find this item in the Resolve Biolabs section of the game.

You will encounter Dr Melissa Sanchez near the start of the area. The area is crawling with security bots and there is a large crane in a toxic area nearby. You have to communicate through an intercom. She will give you a task.

Upon returning you find she has fled as CREO have found her. Track her to the pump station when you walk through the door the pump house doors seal and you must defeat 2 CREO flamethrower.

When the pair are defeated talk to Dr Sanchez this power core is on a desk near her she gives it to you freely for rescuing her.

This upgrade allows your drone to open door s with the drone symbol above. You can now collect Daveys medicine in the adjacent greenhouse through one of those doors

You will acquire this at the end of the Resolve Biolabs area. There will be two enemies trying to break into the room where Dr. Chavez is. Beat these two enemies and you will be let into the room. Once you get in the room, turn left and go up the mini stairway and you will see the Botecs Power Core sitting on top of a computer. Interact with it to acquire it and you will earn this trophy.

Story-related and cannot be missed. You get the Core in the Biolabs when saving Dr. Melissa Chavez. It's on the table right next to her.

You will receive it when you figure out the location "Derivative Shop B": you need to go to the last laboratory and hear the doctor-scientist. Having dealt with a couple of opponents nearby, you need to go up to the doctor, talk to her and get the coveted “BOTEX”.
