How to unlock the Watchman achievement in The Surge - Definitive Guide

This is a missable achievement.

Directly after defeating Black Cerberus look for a smashable grate on the lower level under the stairs. You will find an Overcharge panel in a vent. Make sure you Overcharge the circuit, then continue along the vent to the Exo lift. At this point you will hear the security voice saying welcome Captain your equipment has been unlocked. You will come out directly at the medbay.

Look on the left side of the medbay wall. You will see a shutter rise up. In order to access the suit smash the glass. The achievement should unlock at this point however make sure to equip the upgrade as you go from 12 to 16 implants

You will acquire this trophy at the same time as Gear Up if you take the security rig in the med bay. Once you break the glass in the executive med bay you will acquire this trophy.

After defeating the Black Cerberus, overload the Overcharge panel, and head to MedBay. A new panel will open, break the glass to pick up the security upgrade for the achievement. Remember to install it as well.

After defeating Black Cerberus, we reboot the power circuit and after returning to the medical center. upgrade compartment will become available

When you enter the medical compartment, look to the left behind the glass (break).
