You will come to an area with a large staircase protected by 2 Cerberus guards. However the Door to the Boardroom is locked. To the side of the large stairs is a door head through use the lift and enter the server room.
Once here Overcharge the panel. Before leaving inspect one of the computers to unlock the meet Sally achievement.
Overcharge the panel will unlock the Boardroom door.
Dispatch the guards and enter. Walk into the holographic visuals to initiate a cutscene with Sally and unlock the achievement.

Missable
The board is located in the executive area and is guarded by two enemies one standing on the right and the other on the left of two brown double doors. You will be able to obtain this trophy after you have gone into the server room and activated the terminal down there that will unlock the door. After the door is unlocked, you will go into the room and Sally will be talking to the board. After she disappears you will obtain the trophy.
If you find and interact with Sally before you destroy the servers you will not be able to enter the boardroom, so make sure you destroy the servers before going down and interacting with it.
