At the end of the episode 9, just after the boss battle, instead normally going though the main yellow door after the save the floor will open. Go down the stairs that are revealed and you will find yourself in the same room as Riscboter. Talk to him and listen that what he has to say, then proceed to another room behind him.
There is a green console, interact it and then will this achievement pop.

Hmm, this doesn't sound missable either. Just replay Ep 9 again.
Yep, this isn't missable, once you complete the last ep, there'll be a new computer you can interact with in the hub of the DLC area, to turn him off, and on again.

Rischboter is the announcer for the DLC. After completing Episode 9, instead of returning to the control room, a new area will unlock underneath the console where you choose your episode and modifiers. You are forced to go there. At the back of this room, behind where the guy is sitting, you will find a terminal that you can access before leaving back to the control room. Be sure to interact with this to turn him off. If for some reason you miss it and return to the control room, there is another console on the wall opposite the Gear Assembly where he can be turned on or off.
