You have to go to the Reserve Biolabs and after you've saved Dr. Chavez and get the Botecs Power Core, you can unlock a door in the Eurasian Climate Zone. Take the Implant and speak to Davey again.
I would recommend to do it right after you got the drone, because if you do that later in the game, he will go crazy or will move on...
Maybe you can't talk to him and have to wait until NG+. It's glitched. So don't destroy it and play further on until you can give it to him again.

This quest comes in two parts. The first time you will have to break him out of a room that he is stuck in. Do this as soon as you can before leaving Central Production B for the first time. From the med bay, you will need to go to left then turn left through the doors that have a hand scanner by them. Go a little way down and on your left blocked by breakable crates is a mini ledge; jump down it and head left past the guy that asks you to overcharge him. You will come to another ledge where an enemy awaits below. Hop down and head left until you get to an opening where you will see an enemy standing in the far right corner near some shipping containers. Immediately when you get to this opening, you will need to turn right and head for a door. There is an enemy near the door so be careful. You will need to overcharge the pipe by the door in order to access it. Once inside, talk to Davey and exhaust his dialogue to get him to go back to ops.
Head back to ops and talk to Davey. He will tell you that he is sick and is in need of medicine. He asks you to get the medicine for him. Agree to do so then head to Resolve Biolabs if you're able to at this point. In Resolve Biolabs you will need to have first acquired the Botecs core upgrade for your companion drone, then you will need to head to the greenhouse and unlock a locked door that only the drone can unlock. Inside this room there will be an implant that you will need in order to save Davey. Grab it then go back to med bay. Once in med bay interact with Davey again and give him the medicine. Once you’ve given him the medicine the trophy will pop.
Remember to make sure and talk to him as soon as possible during the beginning of the game as he will be dead later on; same goes with getting him the implant as soon as you find it.

The quest line starts in Central Production B. Rescue Davey, who is trapped behind a door that requires a core power of 10 to overload. Speak to him, then return to Medbay and speak to him again. He'll tell you he needs Modaxinol, agree to get it for him.
The medicine is located in the Biolabs complex. You first need to get the BOTECS Core for your drone (refer to "I Chose You"), and then return to the Greenhouse. The Modaxinol is located in the room called Eurasian Climate Zone, behind a locked door you need to open with your drone. Once you have it, return it to Davey for the achievement.
This achievement is missable, because it you advance the story too much, Davey will have gone insane.
This mission may glitch on you, causing Davey not to respond when you try to give the meds. Should that happen, you can keep the meds and give them to him on your next game straightaway to unlock the achievement.

If you do not find and give the implant before defeating the third boss, the character will leave the medical station of the second zone and will have to receive the trophy in the next playthrough.
