How to unlock the On The Edge achievement in The Talos Principle - Definitive Guide

This will pop as soon as you get to the top of the tower. After beating the fifth floor, just climb the stairs until you can't anymore and it will be yours. This is not for beating the final tower puzzle at the top, just for reaching it.

Once this one pops, it's a good time to go for the 'Changed My Mind' achievement.

Not story related because you can finish the story without ever hitting this if you choose ascension through the big double doors in world C. Most achievement hunters will probably reload to keep getting different ending achievements but point is that this achievement isn't a given even if you finish a version of the story.

Thanks for the explanation SpiritedSojourn, the wording of the achievement made me think that you couldn't miss it & yeah you're right most here on TA will probably get all endings in one go hehe smile

This achievement requires you to complete all five floors of The Tower and ascend the spiral staircase to the top outside. Refer to Free Will (40G) for more information.

You will get this while ascending the spiral staircase after the 5th floor of The Tower.
