This is pretty straightforward, just open up every terminal and click on all of the documents that are available in the game. This is one at the start of every level, one next to the A, B, and C elevators, and one on floors 1-4 of the tower, plus some extra hidden ones around the world. Just to let you know before you begin this journey, you will need all 30 stars because behind the star doors are A8, B8, and C8, all of which have terminals. Until then, just click on the ones at the beginning of every level and you'll be good. Be sure to follow the other guides on what to say to the guy in the computer for those other achievements though.

Here are all of the hidden terminals and documents that you need outside of the ones that i already mentioned.

Terminal A-2 Extra

Location: Level A-2 - Look for where the destroyed coliseum stands, go through it and to the water. From the water, head left and follow it until you find the terminal.

Terminal A-6 Extra

Location: Level A-6 - From the spawn, go straight until you hit a wall and then turn left

Terminal A-6 Extra 2

Location: Level A-6 - So, in reference to the A-6 Extra terminal, if you take a right at the wall instead of a left, you should find a hidden cube by some rubble.Take the cube to the wall in between 'Mobile Minefield' and 'Deception'. Use the cube to climb over the walls by jumping on the cube and then on the wall. The terminal and a star will be on the other side.

World B Extra Terminals

Terminal B-1 Extra

Location: Level B-1 - From the spawn head right and up some stairs, take a left and it should be in front of you.

Terminal B-3 Extra

Location: Level B-3 - From the spawn, do a 180 and go towards the wall, go left once you hit the wall and it should be there.

Terminal B-5 Extra

Location: Level B-5 - Turn right from the spawn and go to the shoreline, follow it along and you'll eventually come across it on the other side of the island.

Location: Level B-7 - Turn around and head to the entrance of 'Whole Lotta Jamming' behind you. From there go right to the giant structure ahead; it's at the far left end of it.

Location: Level C-1 - Head to the bridge in front of you from the spawn point, take a right and follow the shoreline.

For those looking for one document they've missed from a terminal: So long as you interact with a terminal once, when you push B all documents will be listed against them, with those you've not read at source shaded out.

Also when you are in a terminal any UNREAD messages with start with an asterisk (*).

Also, for anyone using https://www.walkthroughking.com/text/talosprinciple.aspx, The consoles that are mentioned at the bottom are found behind star doors. I searched in the area's where you release the helpers for about an hour and there is definitely no consoles there. I also had the achievement pop without getting them all. I only had 120/121 when it popped.

This achievement requires that you open all documents on all computer terminals in the entire game. Each computer terminal has at least two and at most four documents, and unread ones are indicated by an asterisk next to them. Additionally, you can press

at any time during the game to see which documents you're read the terminals you've discovered.

Instead of listing every document, I will list every computer terminal. The terminology I use in the list below matches how each terminal is denoted in your journal when you press

. When you access a terminal, you need to open each unread document to get credit towards this achievement.

A01 - at the spawn
A02 - at the spawn
A02 Extra - at the outer edge of the island you're on. Run around the outside of the land until you find it
A03 - at the spawn
A04 - at the spawn
A05 - at the spawn
A06 - at the spawn
A06 Extra - from the spawn head forward and left to the back left corner
A06 Extra 2 - from the spawn, head to the back right corner of the hub to find a cube behind some low walls. Bring to the cube to the wall on your left when you spawn, and use the cube to jump over the wall to find the temrinal

B01 - at the spawn
B01 Extra - from the spawn, in the back right corner of the map

There is a Terminal by the spawn point to every level except for the messenger islands, the picture guide only lists the terminals that you have to go and actually look for. There are 3 terminals in the lobbies of each building in the Hub World(with an extra one hidden) and there are 4 terminals in the Tower. Each terminal will have 2-4 stories inside of them; simply click on each one to save them into your profile and then you can exit out safely. Terminal Guide is here.
