Yeah, I think so. Just don't go up early or you'll void the other achievement.

Yeah. As a comment on another achievement points out, you can go into the tower and go up in the lift to look at the first gate but don’t open it until you have unlocked the Solipsist achievement.

DO NOT go for this achievement (Transgession) before getting all 49 sigils. otherwise you will void another achievement:

After you've completed all A levels you get to take an elevator up and travel to 3 other locations. A hub world of the hub worlds if you will. Travel to B and continue your path, although there is an option to break the linearity of the game and adapting the order of things, it is not recommended.

Reach the first floor of the tower. As soon as you use the elevator again to go to the second floor, the achievement will unlock.

This achievement unlocks upon completing the puzzle on Floor 1 of The Tower and then riding the elevator up to Floor 2. Refer to Free Will (40G) for more information.
