Phobos: A Bodyguard for a Merchant
Phobos: Souvenir for a Mother
Andrew: Marks of the Past
Scott: A Professor's Worries
Niesha: A Friend Under Pressure
Amelia: The Explorer's Father

Chapter 2

Niesha: Accountable*
Andrew: A Friend Found**
Phobos: Weapons for the Mutant Nation
Amelia: Scott's Son
Scott: Scott's Missing***

Chapter 3

Andrew: Brothers in Arms
Amelia: In Search of Her Father****
Niesha: Gloria
Scott: Confession
Phobos: Feuding Brothers
*Don't let her kill the thugs during this quest.
**Don't ever laugh at him and try to compliment him when possible.
***Don't kill all the spies during Under Threat or Dondalo will disappear.
****Don't let her kill Scott.

The achievement will pop as soon as you complete the Phobos quest.

When you're asked to rescue a bunch of mutants for access into Mutant Valley you'll stumble upon some small prison area in the valley where the mutants are, but it doesn't seem like you can enter when escorting them. I didn't go back for Scott at first, and later he just turned up outside by the rover, which gave me negative rep with him, and didn't complete the mission. I assume you'll have to go back for him right after bringing the mutants to safety.

I played it from the disc without updating the game to version 1.0 and the trophy did not drop.
I connected to the network and patched the game to 1.04 and when I started the game the trophy dropped out immediately after loading from the last save.
