to boost this, as of today, you can now create a private lobby and play as victim (host is always victim) by yourself!

I suggest Nancy's map. I used Connie with her unlock ability. Please ensure that you generate a substantial amount of noise while locating Leatherface's Lair, searching for the necessary tools (the Tool Tracks perk may be beneficial in this regard), and traversing areas with noisemakers. Proceed to open the first door from the Lair, ascend the stairs, and turn right to open the sliding door. Alternatively, you may turn left to access the gate. Locate and deactivate the car battery, then unlock the final gate. voilà!

you'll need 3 tools in total, unless you equip Effecient Locksmith, or Lucky Lockpicker.

also I had a friend be family (Hands or Hitchhiker) to open the gates, doors, and turn off battery for me for a faster escape.
