Here is the full list that needs to be complete. A lot of these you'll get just by playing, but the small descriptions should help. If you have any questions, feel free to comment.
*Updated since there were a few down upvotes, went back and added spoilers and some descriptions*

Touryst Island
- Monument Cores (Story related)

- Picture it! (photo of each monument, one on each island except the one you get from getting all of the bottles and Leysure. This includes the one that

-- Touryst - stand on top of the Towa monument and take a picture of the pressure plates on the little island, thanks Jay Cowl
-- Fijy - Only need the main monument, no pics of the Twins/pedestals used to open
Ybiza
- Let's play (Soccer shirt from shirt store on Hawayy then return and do the soccer minigame)
- Get the fruits (2 melons, 1 strawberry to smoothie maker, they are common around the island)
- Thirst! (Give the smoothie from get the fruits to the elevator person)
- and the beat goes on (finish party meter, then buy records from record store and return them)

Soggy
- Rat Attack (Enter the mine and help clear the rats, required for access to the diamond mine)
- Get licensed (Rain lab at the top of the mountain (not the monument) and take a small quiz)
- The coordinates (Get coordinates after finishing the cores,

Give them to the pilot across from the rain lab)

Santoryn
- Let's go vacation (show the couple the fijy island guide)

Hawayy
- Break the ice! (3 coconuts to ice cream man)
- Surf's up (10k points in surf contest, check 540 degree trick achievement solution for more)

Fijy
- The Sound of Drums (Self explanatory, achievement for beating without missing a beat, replayable)
- The Monument Scrolls (Hidden in breakable walls dictated by cracks then returned to museum, 7 in total)

- Can you do the Canoe? (Talk to uncle inside house to help nephews and do the canoe course)

Leysure Island
- Faces and Phrases (10 pictures of different characters you meet for the art gallery. Must be done in order but you can stock multiple photos at once. Thanks Pickle Rick for the full list)

- Pull up! (Purchase tank top from shirt store, return and do 25 pullups in 20 seconds, confirmed that you don't need to do the 35 pullups)
- Break the Highscores! (Purchase tokens in the arcade then beat the top score on the 3 arcade machines)
- Quadcopter Race

Jazz Club (On Santoryn, need tux shirt from shirt store)
- Ella and Duke (Take a pic of the front of art gallery)

Unknown (Island reachable after collecting the 4 messages in the bottles)

- the parcel (Open safe in plane, then return parcel to museum

"I can't complete this optional part of the game, so the whole game is shit and I give it 0.5/5." Yeah, OK.

While those arcade games seemed impossible to me to begin with, they're certainly doable with a little practice. (Even for a rather ordinary gamer like me.)

Racing - memorize the tricky parts and use all the boosts except the one just before the left turn.

Dynamite - collect the one with the lit fuse first (when you can,) since they're worth 100 points instead of 25. Collecting one will light the one next to it in a chain reaction. Also collect the orange globe and "eat" the enemies for points (Pac-Man style.)

Paddle game - concentrate on the ball and only collect the power-ups when it's safe. Shoot the laser when you get it! (Something I didn't realise I could do for my first few tries.) The levels are random, so there's a bit of luck involved.

For arcade games, if you're having trouble make sure to wear the retro shirt, the arcade owner will give you a discount on tokens.

I had the most trouble with the racing game. To beat the score you can't fall off at all, and have to get all boosts, just be careful on the one boost and one jump that lead directly into turns (let go of a to slow down).

In the dynamite game make sure to pick up the dynamite that's lit since you only get points for those, also the orange bouncy thing freezes the enemies and let's you destroy them by touching them and you get points for that.

I thought the break out/arkanoid game was the easiest. Just look to get power ups when possible, laser is my favorite.

Those break the high scores are not exactly easy, unless there's some trick I'm missing.. The paddle ball I ended up getting 50 points below him when I missed the last and not can't get above 40k... It took almost 30mins to do the race and get above 4500.. I haven't even done the other game yet.

That one ToDO is going to turn this 5hr game into a rage inducing 10hrs or more.

The race is the hardest game. You get the hang out it eventually. The Breakout style game is the easiest, especially with the powerups. The other one is a 2D platformer where you have to collect dynamite, where the lit ones give you more points. There is also a powerup in it that the enemies are defeatable and yoy points for them

I didn't know where else to post this, but if you're having trouble maxing out the "Party Meter" (it took me forever to figure out - I was always just one bar under MAX meter) on Ybiza, there are TWO plugs for the speakers in the back. The left hand side it relatively easy to see, but there is a second one on the right that is fairly hidden - you have to yank it out of the ground and plug it into the box behind the DJ, just like the speaker on the left.

Tip for the jetpack arcade game...go for the dynamite which has its fuse burning first. The dynamite with burning fuses is worth 100 vs 25 if you go for one without a burning fuse.

The Monument Scrolls are not working for me. After giving to the curator the first 'scroll' he never gave me the to-do task. I got all the 7 scrolls ... first one is already inside the museum (the glass cube) and I have 6 other on my items menu. What Am I missing?

i found the Fzero clone super easy but the other two are pissing me to tears. The arkanoid one.. sometimes i get that level where it's a king's face and the bottom bricks are all solid meaning laser is absolutely useless.

Just one thing I noticed:
I struggled especially with the middle game collecting candies at first. It is important to collect them in the order they are lighted otherwise you will get less /no points.

I had everything done in the game except the Arcade game high scores at exactly 4 hours and 1 minute of playtime. I just spent 30 minutes straight and couldn't even get the highscore in one. I'm going to have to take a break and come back but I think it'll take at least 1-2 hours of trying over and over just to get them... I seriously hated this game. So much stupid annoying parts that ruined what could have been a decent game. I give it a .5/5 but that's just because I can't give 0...

I had no idea what was coming for me. I was like , "Oh I'll complete this game tomorrow"... Then spent like 4 hours on the stupid arcade things.
It's not the hardest thing ever but it's certainly an absolute pain in the rear.
Feels nice to finish them though. Once you actually figure out the tricks and get good, you can pretty much go as long as you want except for the racing one.

TJ Jack Napier: make sure you have done the parcel quest from Tyny Island. You have to get into the plane and get the parcel to deliver it. I was stuck at 97% too, and the quest doesn't appear in your to-do list if you don't actually go get it. ;)

Tip for the jet pack game is once you press and hold A to get to a height you can tap A to maintain it and move around. Some tougher levels were trivial once I realized that.

Tip for the breakout game is place it directly into the trash. It’s 100% random, you can’t improve at it you just have to get lucky and not have a floating block send your ball the wrong way and get the right random levels to play. I got 60050 on one of my first runs and never even got close to that again.

Edit: the level selection might be based on score. I dragged out the first level for a bit and got over 8000 on it, the second level was then the first level again, and everything after that was easy-ish. It could also have just been random luck.

The phone in Santoryn gives you stats; I completed all achievements then went back and it has clocked playtime of 3 hours 42 minutes. So not a long game at all. Very fun though!

Just a note for the Faces and Phrases final picture, it doesn't specifically have to be the guy atop the TOWA monument, you just need to snap a picture of any of the workmen who appear at a monument after you collect its core.

You can do it!! I promise. I felt exactly the same. I nearly even ate my controller out of frustration but I persevered. I was utter garbage at the arcade games but I just played them over and over until it worked. Maybe 30+ times on some of them.

Same for soccer. Eventually it just clicks. When it comes to the middle one just try to get 2 points before it disappears. 1 point only on the side ones.
For most of the holes you want to aim for the lower part of the square so it rises into the hole.

For anyone reading these comments and getting scared about the difficulty of the Arcade games you have to get high scores in: They are super easy. I have no idea why several people are complaining about them like they're super hard and unfair or whatever. It's basically Arkanoid, F-Zero, and Balloon Fight (sort of).

Whoever decided to put these terrible arcade games in The Touryst is a sweaty ****er and should he shot. The racing one is fairly easy, but the other 2 are so broken and glitchy they're borderline unplayable (along with quite a few other mechanisms in this game, but at least they don't prevent achievements). In addition the scores are rather high so I just wouldn't bother with this game - its quite average anyway.

For the dynamite arcade game, you get more points for collecting the lit sticks of dynamite. Typically a stick will light when you collect the lit one right next to it. Dodge the enemies and wait for the yellow orb which will let you kill the enemies for points. A level ends when all the dynamite is collected.

The racing one is on a repeating track and you always start in the same spot. Hitting a checkpoint gives you 10 more seconds. Just learn the track. There are a few boosts and jumps you have to let off the gas to stay on the track.

For the brick breaking one, collect the "L" laser power up and tap A to blast the bricks. Once you have the "L" power up, avoid other purple power ups or you'll lose the laser.

Also, once you go to Hawayy, buy the shirt shop pass and wear the space invader shirt to get a better exchange on arcade tokens (5 to 1 instead of the normal 3 to 1).

Finally managed to finish off the arcade games, I found Fast fairly easy but the other two were tough as nails. Took three solid nights of gaming to get them done. Honestly with the brick one it sometimes comes down to the lucky pick of levels, the dynamite one gets easier with practice and you just need to string together a good run and always try to wait out for the yellow power-up.

Knowing about the yellow Orb thing made the Dynamite game SO much easier. I learned about that and then got 17500 on my next game to get top score. Also that triggered the achievement to pop.

The brick and dynamite ones weren’t tough for me, but I’m struggling with Fast. You have to have a perfect run that apparently includes not bumping into any other cars. I’m on night three of trying to get the high score on that one.

For the Brick game: if you get the laser, DON'T spam the bricks. shoot the "bonus point" floaters over and over while keeping your ball alive and a few bricks remaining on the screen.

The To-Do list is home to all of your objectives. Everything is separated based on the island they were started on, but the task is not exclusive to a singular island. To complete the game, you need to finish ~70% of the list, but 100% completion is required for this achievement. You can complete the game and then back track from your last save to finish up any part of the To-Do list. The To-Do list is home to all of your objectives. Everything is separated based on the island they were started on, but the task is not exclusive to a singular island. To complete the game, you need to finish ~70% of the list, but 100% completion is required for this trophy. You can complete the game and then back track from your last save to finish up any part of the To-Do list.

This will net you the Do it achievement, and only has a few really annoying parts to it. If your looking for a certain part, check the time stamps.

First off, you have to do the whole story. This will only take about 2 hours or so, and should be easy enough. This is the first part of the video. After that I start with each island and it's list.

So that's the main part that needs to be done for the game to finish. Now we get into all the side quests. These go in order of island you find, except for the first part. That shows where to get the Tyny island.

46:58 Quadcopter race. This is Leysure, and is on the one end of the beach. Kid wants to race his quadcopter, just hit the targets and your good

47:48 Pull-up. On Leysure, other end of the beach is a guy who challenges you to do so many pull ups. Switch shirts on Hawayy to the tank top and you can complete this.

48:25 Break the Ice. Talk to the Ice cream man and bring him 3 coconuts from around the island.

49:25 Rat Attack. This is on Soggy Island. Go into the diamond mine and the worker will ask you to get ride of the rats. Just pick up the log, then move clockwise towards the storm drain to get them all. After this you get access to the mine, you need to get to the bottom for another part of the todo list.

51:13 The Sound of Drums. This is on Fijy, and you just need to complete the drumming minigame when you first get on the island. There is an achievement to not miss a beat. Plays like Guitar hero/rock band

51:50 The Monument Scrolls. You need 7 scrolls to turn into the monuseum. There is one on each island, except Gravyja and Touryst, and two on soggy. Again you need to get to the bottom of the mine for one.

54:40 Surf's Up. On Hawayy you can join a surf tournament. You only need to get 10,000 point to do the Do it part, but you need to land a 540 spin for an achievement. Have a video showing how to do this in better detail.

55:54 Break the Highscores! This is the most annoying one, as it just takes muscle memory and some luck. You need to get highscores in all 3 arcade games. a few tips on them
Racing: You cannot fall off. You need to hit all boosts, you can let go off the accelerator and will need to in the part with 3 jumps. Also, hit the boost not the jump in the part where you can hit either, as the boost is better.
Dynamite: hit the lit dynamite for more points, and grab the power up to make the enemies glow and worth 200 points.
Ball Breaker: I found going Right twice and left twice was easiest. grab power ups, and good luck!
