Story related. At the start of Chapters 12a or 12b, you will be facing a gate. Simply walk through the gate for the achievement. From Chapters 12c and 12d, just follow the vehicle. Then the paths down the hill to another area where you will see a stone enclosed area. The gate is on the back side. Open the gate and enter for the achievement.
