Nothing tricky about this one. Upon completion of the schoolhouse maze (chapter 13), with or without finding all of the drawings, you will awake in the ruins of an asylum. It appears to be a slightly modernized version of the place you spent the first 12 chapters in, but completely destroyed. Are the chapters you've unlocked while playing deleted after you finish the game? I just finished the main pass and went to do a Chapter Select after the credits and it says I have no chapters unlocked.

It's been a while since I've played this game, but I believe going back to previous chapters is possible. Within the past week or so, a save file for a different game I was playing just "disappeared". Hopefully that is not the issue you are having Iceman.
