This can first be obtained in 6a or 6b. Turn to the left from the start and follow the building to a construction area with a cement mixer. Go passed the mixer to the wall and cement bags. Turn right and follow between the wall and fence to some scaffolding. Walk onto it and follow the planks forward through the ivy. The scaffolding will turn left to follow the building, but directly in front of you will be a plank that extends out. Walk onto it for the achievement.

When you are outside of the asylum (if exited through the door just before the wards), turn left and walk forwards towards a construction site.
You will see many sandbags in front of you, behind the big yellow tubes - go towards these. Turn right and you will walk onto a plank. Follow it to the left, and then continue straight.
The 'natural' path of the plank will again veer off to the left, BUT, continue straight and you will see a section with a bit of sun glare on the end. Walk towards this.
You do not need to jump/fall off, just stand on the end, Renee will say something, enjoy the view and the chirping birds, and the trophy will unlock.
