Turn left and follow along the path. Renee will speak a couple of times.
When you get to a fork with a gate, or more path, continue along the path.
Keep going along on the path, past a little stone shed like building on your left.
Looking forward as you slightly wrap around the graveyard, you will see a section with no trees, and orange leaves (for me, it was also where the sunset was happening). Walk towards to orange leaves and into the vineyard.
You now have another trophy :)
