How to unlock the First contact achievement in The True - Definitive Guide

Protip: click on the Left Thumb stick to run.
In the room you start in, walk up to the screen mounted to the wall that says "Terminal Ready" and press Y. Press B to exit out.
Now walk to the Teleport Activation Panel across from you and press Y, then select "Yes".
Now walk over to the oval shaped pod that TOTALLY isn't copyright infringement of David Cronenberg's 1986 movie "The Fly", wait for the door to open, and walk inside.
You'll teleport to a new room. Run down the hallway and into the room ahead of you. Interact with the robot on the table by pressing Y to pick him up and return to the teleporter.
Interact with the robot on the table by pressing Y. Move your cursor to the circle below Backup and press A, then down to the CTRL Circle and press A to connect them.
Now press A on the CTRL Circle and move back up to the circle below Backup, pressing A again to connect them. Press A on the circle below Backup and move up to the circle above Backup, pressing A one last time to unlock the achievement.
Press B to exit out and press Y on the door furthest from you (not the shower door). Walk up to the ship, press Y, and then choose "Yes".
You'll now be in top down space shooter section (?!) where you fly with the analog stick and shoot by holding the RT (you have infinite ammo). For a missable achievement, stick to the far left side of the screen until you see a red edged billboard with a geisha that TOTALLY isn't copyright infringement of Ridley Scott's 1982 movie "Blade Runner" and shoot it into oblivion for the "Naughty Girl" achievement.
After this you'll now be in the desert in a Space Invaders style section where you have to shoot down advancing waves of Airmines. There is a missable achievement here for destroying ALL of them, which is very easy as they move very slow and only need a couple of hits to be destroyed.
I just held down the RT and moved back and forth across the screen, shooting every mine in sight. There are approximately 12 waves, with the achievement unlocked immediately after the last mine is gone.
You will now land, with an elevator terminal ahead of you. Walk up to it, press Y, and then choose "Yes" to go underground. Directly ahead of you on your right is a robot which can give you a missable achievement earned by walking up to it, pressing Y, and then choosing "Yes".
You will die, but can try again to be returned to the last checkpoint with zero penalty. Return underground and this time walk up to the door straight ahead of you and press Y to enter.
Run straight ahead down the long hallway and press Y on the intercom to the right of the door at the end. Press A to advance through the dialogue until the achievement unlocks.
