Once in Greeley, head towards the sounds of people cheering and a bookie yelling out about placing bets. Once a short interaction plays out, Alex will be asked if she wants to fight for coin - press RT to accept and defeat your first opponent. Do this three times against three different opponents to unlock the achievement.

Remember to hold up your shield to block multi attacks (noted by an enemy emitting a short grunt before attacking) before you counter attack, and when the enemy emits a long yell to denote a heavy attack, get in there with a quick attack before they can swing. If you also have a fast weapon like the Quality Short Sword, you can attempt to get your attack in before the multi attack begins if you're quick enough to react to their sounds.
