Bargaining is another murder scene investigation that takes place in the dam house, which is accessible by leaving the mines through the bubbling water. Head into the house and begin inspecting the area. Below is a list of items you'll need to investigate to complete the scene and unlock the option to tag the scenes in order.

- Inspect wall case inside front door then head upstairs
- Inspect body
- Inspect pen holder on desk
- Inspect and grab axe from upstairs
- Place axe in wall case downstairs
- Head out of the house and move forward until you come to an open lift, go inside and inspect and grab the scissors in the corner
- Place scissors in pen holder
- Touch body

Once all steps are complete and you interact with the body 5 blue orbs will move and place themselves in various areas. Walk up to each to make a visual scene appear. Once all 5 are available you'll need to tag them in order. In this case, it starts at the mine entrance you previous left and works back to the house to finish the scene. Watch the scenes play out by hitting Y on the final tag and then follow the blue orb outside to the dam control room to trigger the final scene and unlock the achievement.
