For this achievement, you will need to match up and replicate the rooms from the previous house where you unlocked the achievement.
The Secret Achievement achievement in The Vanishing of Ethan Carter worth 55 pointsContinue playing to unlock this secret achievement
To do this you will need to enter the first house on the left after crossing the stone bridge, Once you enter the house inspect the note to open a portal in front of you which will take you to the previous house. You'll notice doors now have a blue essence to them, these are the ones you must match up with the original house layout.
Approaching each blue door will give you the option to press
which will change the room inside a total of 3 times. There are 3 options so remembering the layout is key. Once you're certain you have the room right, walk through into it. If you're wrong the door will turn red and you'll be back at the start. When you reach the attic and perform the final match you'll be able to access a secret room, inspect the notes inside to unlock the achievement.

When you have crossed over the first bridge and you come to two houses, then one on the left contains the trophy for this.
First thing you want to do is to to the house opposite and note down the layout of all the rooms in that house as you will need this to complete the puzzle. Once you have done this, head to the house that was initially on the left.
Once you read the note on the table upon entering the front door, you will see that a lot of the rooms will have blue markings by the doors. If you get close enough to them you can see what is behind it. The key here is to press the X button to cycle the rooms making sure you pick the correct one before you walk through it (from the layout of the second house you have just been to). You need to do this for all rooms on all floors. You will know if you are correct because you will get a blue flash once you walk through a door. If you walk through and get a red flash, you have chosen wrong. Two mistakes in a row and the puzzle will start again and you will need to do all rooms from the start.
