Just to give people a heads up but this achievement did not unlock for me on my first playthrough. Finished the game anyways and started a new game. Skipped everything and ran straight for the church area and resolved the crime in less than 15 minutes to wrap it up.

Same thing here, the achievement wouldn't unlock the first time around but after finishing the rest of the game, I started a new game, ran straight to solve this one and it popped after touching the corpse (after solving the thing) and Prospero saying some stuff. The issue might be that the Prospero monologue glitched out on the first time around and wouldn't trigger and therefore it didn't reach the autosave of completing this.
