How to unlock the Home achievement in The Vanishing of Ethan Carter - Definitive Guide

While walking on the tracks you'll come to a large stone bridge on the right that crosses a dam. Walk over the bridge and enter the house directly in front of you by following the path to the right of it. You will need to explore the entire house and its 3 floors. Be sure to inspect the picture upon entering the house and listen to all of the dialogue in each room by simply walking around them.

The achievement will unlock when you reach the attic near the table with the books.

I wanna add that you dont have to listen to the dialogue. I just sprinted through each room. As long as the dialogues are activated you are good to go.

The house ahead is the one we want, follow the path to the right and when the path splits, take the left path up and around to the front of the house.
Once inside there is a photo to look at, once that's done 1-by-1 enter each room and if there are extra rooms off of a room you enter enter them as well.
In most of the rooms you'll get either a comment by your character or a snippet of conversations between Ethan's family.

If you missed this on your 1st playthrough you can use fast travel after completing the game. The place is called "House of Portals" on the map...
