It starts with a couple convo choices.
You are then asked to find something with a sharp edge to help you cut your wrist bindings.
Look at everything you can and examine it (Duffle, First Aid kit, Ciggs, life jackets). A cutscene will follow.
I looked at Robo (I don't know if the other choices will cause the same cutscene,) look all the way to the right now and you will see your kids again.
A few more convo choices and you can choose to jump the person (Randall) or not. I chose not to. It seems like choosing not to was a good idea
You then have to talk with Norma, answer her questions (or not).
You're then "forced" to ask the Greg questions (I didn't). And every time I was asked anything I kept quiet
The chapter ends when you are escorted back downstairs

Talk to Zachary as he points a gun at everyone and he will eventually shoot someone but it's the same person no matter what. Zachary will leave giving Michonne an opening to escape. Break out of the bindings with the broken mirror and try to help but the recently deceased turns so do what you have to. Zachary shows up and you decide his fate. The episode ends here and you will earn the last trophy for Episode 1.

This achievement is story related and cannot be missed.
Eventually you will be brought before Norma for questioning. This achievement will unlock shortly after the questioning ends and you are led away by Randall.
