This achievement didn't unlock for me the first time around, luckily I was able to use the rewind feature and just replayed the final part once again. No need to replay the entire episode.

This achievement is missable. Did not pop on my first playthrough. May be a glitch may be related to choices. On my 1st playthrough I cut off Sarita's arm. Reloaded checkpoint and killed the zombie instead and the achievement popped

This achievement didn’t unlock for me.
I replayed episode 3 chapter 12 and it popped at the end of the chapter.
I had five achievements that didn’t pop when I finished the game. All of them were in episodes that I had to pause.
