How to unlock the Where’s the Candy? achievement in The Walking Dead: The Final Season - Definitive Guide
This achievement is gained during Act 2 after choosing to go Hunting. The Hunting section has two contradicting achievements, so make sure you back out after completing this to get the other. Once you gain control of Clementine, speak to Louis who will get you to swing a bat at a hanging walker. You will need to aim at their head, and press RT when the cursor turns red to hit them. Hit the hanging zombie 3 times in order to unlock this, The following missable achievement can be seen in the video below at 6:55:
If you miss a swing, you may have to quickly back out to the main menu to restart this section, or revisiting a manual save.
You will be given the choice to go fishing or hunting. Go hunting and as soon as you have control of Clem go to the boy in front of the hanging zombie.
Now you will be given the option to give it a swing, do it! You have to hit all three attempts. Move the cursor over the zombie's head and as soon as the cursor turns red hit .
*Missable*
At the beginning of Act 2 you'll need to choose to go hunting to unlock this achievement. I highly recommend making a duplicate save file at the start of Act 2 so you can unlock all achievements in one playthrough.
After choosing to go hunting, you'll have another decision to make that again splits your path. For this achievement, choose to help Louis by the hanging zombie. He'll give you a bat, and what you need to do is swing when your crosshair is red over the zombie's head, three times in a row. If you miss, quit out to the main menu and resume your game to try again, but this is very easy to do. Just put your crosshair over its head and when it swings towards you, be ready to interact as soon as your crosshair is red. After three successful hits, this achievement will unlock.
