ppl hate on here for stupid reasons man i wouldn't let it get to me. Try to help ppl out on and some just don't care they just neg on ppls stuff for no reason other than to boost their friends stuff. Just put some up myself not long ago and got 2 or 3 negs on what i thought would help ppl out but can't please everyone.

Just a heads up you don't have to tell AJ to lick it, you can tell him not to lick it and it will still pop.

During Act 1, James will take you to a barn. Do not talk to James, instead see AJ and talk to him about the "Salt Lick" and tell him NOT to lick it. He will respond, the achievement will unlock. The following missable achievement can be seen in the video below at 8:39:

Full Achievement Walk-through for The Walking Dead: The Final Season Episode 3.

Obviously this will contain spoilers, but I have tried to limit this solely to the requirements to unlock the achievements

I would recommend making backups saves during the game just in case you miss something, however there are no multiple path achievements in this episode.

MISSABLE

When you arrive at the barn with James and AJ, you will find AJ on the side of the barn crouched down looking at a salt lick. Interact with the salt lick before you talk to James and tell AJ not to lick it.

*Missable*

Act 1

When you get to the barn where your objective is to "Talk to James" you'll see AJ crouched near the corner of the barn near a block of salt. Interact with it and make sure you select the dialogue option "Go ahead, lick it" which will unlock this achievement.

As soon as we arrive at the stables with James, we approach AJ and in the dialogue with him select the “lick him” option.

When you arrive at the barn, AJ will be standing near the salt rock, go up to him and tell him to lick it.
