How to unlock the Hit the Road achievement in The Walking Dead - Definitive Guide
You get this after dealing with the bandits when they attack the motel. Lilly will go off with a rifle to get to a better position while you stall the bandits.
When you get the chance, shoot and kill the fist bandit.
You are then given a rifle and need to clear out the bandits on the left side of the RV. Make sure they don't get too far round to the left.
You then need to do the same on the right side of the RV.
Once you have killed all the bandits, you have to save Katjaa and Duck when they get attacked by a walker.
You then have to kill all the walkers that approach on both sides. If you have Doug in your group he will call out which side they are on. If you have Carley, she will take the left side so you can stick the right side.
You'll get tha achievement when you all leave.

It should be noted that with the walkers, be sure to aim for the head. It should make sense but in the heat of battle, you're thinking about getting to that other side real quick.

I will not give any conversation hints, those choices are entirely up to you.
Story-wise, before doing anything in this chapter you should speak to Clementine, Carly, and Lily. Clem will show you a pencil that will come back as a checkov's gun, Carly will talk to you about you having to tell others about your past (wether or not you actually do that is up to you), and Lily will talk with you about her suspicions of someone stealing supplies.
Once you get out of Lily's room, Duck has apparently heard your conversation. Game-wise it doesn't matter wether or not you allow him to help you.
Walk to the wall opposite the front of the RV. You'll find glass shards on the ground, and a pink chalked X on the wall to the left of it (facing out of the motel).
If you talk to Clem, she'll tell you her pink chalk went missing. Duck will have found it, and there's more pink chalk at the gate near Ken & Katjaa.
Look at the chalk. Give Duck a high five - you might not need it for the gameplay, but you'll be glad you did later. Talk to anyone you feel you need to before opening the gate.
To the right, you'll find a grate (near the ground) in the wall. If you open it and search it, you'll find a bag of supplies.
You'll talk with Lily, and bandits will enter the camp.
Keep the bandits busy while Lily gets into position.
Once more bandits start raiding the camp, you'll have to shoot a couple while sitting at the back of the RV (to save Carley and Ben), and then near the front of the RV (to save Clem, Katjaa and Duck). The best tip I can give you here is to aim for the heads. The bandits will start from left or right (which side the RV's on), and keep on going in the other direction until they get a clear shot of you. So you might want to be careful about the order in which you kill the bandits.
After the bandits are disposed of, walkers wil enter. First you'll have to save Katjaa and Duck (or not, in which case Ken will do it)
You'll have to shoot some walkers on both sides of the RV. Be sure to shoot to both the left and the right side of the RV, and aim for the heads.
After disposing of most of the walkers, Lily will join you in the RV. You will drive off and the trophy will unlock.
