How to unlock the Mercy achievement in The Walking Dead - Definitive Guide

When you are in the house next door go to the far end and open the door to the balcony.
You will all have to jump across. Make your conversation choices once you are on the other side.

You will get the achievement after continuing along the rooftops and get to a large sign spanning the road.

I just can't for the life of me figure out why they keep letting lee go first, dudes got one good arm. they could at least go first and make sure they grab him lol.

Omid and Krista have to stay alive for clem. Lee is as good as dead at this point. might as well send him first.
