What does it say in the achievement app? Is it locked or unlocking?
There seem to be a few posts in various games today saying that things aren't unlocking, so it could just be another round of issues with Xbox One achievements. Hopefully it will pop for you in a bit.

My achievements are unlocking but not popping up Ive restarted and reset my game any fixes?

This will be your first achievement in episode 1. You get the achievement after you use the shotgun on your first target.

After you blow off the head of the first Walker with a shotgun, there will be a mysterious figure in the distance. Call out to it to end the chapter and get your trophy.
