Can't help but laugh over the song title references in this game's achievements & trophies - this one being to a favourite, Queen's "Too Much Love Will Kill You"! Go listen, if you've never heard it; great rock ballad. Brian May did a version on his own initially, but I think it works a lot better with Fred on vocals.

When Larry has his heart problem and you are faced with a choice to help Kenny kill Larry or not, after Larry is dead and will no longer be a problem, the trophy will pop.
