How to unlock the Two out of Three achievement in The Walking Dead - Definitive Guide
This achievement is in The Special Episode: 400 Days.
You will need to pick Wyatt's story line. That's the guy with the blonde bread. A little ways into the story line you will have to win a best of two out of three in rock, paper, scissors. Just like in the Xbox 360 version it's random. Just make sure if you don't win the first two rounds you go back to the main menu. (You could also try for the third around, just make sure you don't let it save if you lose!) Then load up your last save. This will put you a little in front of the match. Faster than a restart of the chapter.
Hope this helps.

Ok, I don't know if this works but a lot of people mentioned doing the same so I'm putting it here hoping it'll be helpful. Apparently choosing paper all along worked for many people, just as it did for me (Got lose-win-win). I believe randomness of the other guy's choices are time based. In my first try, I made choice when the progress bar was in the middle and he threw scissors. In the next two, I chose paper at the last second and both resulted with rocks.
So try as you like and upvote if it works so the others may know. I hope it helps.
Update: By looking at the votes, it works for 2 out of 3 people(ironically), so better than nothing I guess.

Trying the timing theory out and it at least worked for me. I waited until the timer bar was about halfway down, then picked rock. Other guy picked scissors. Did it a second time in a row and got the same results. It would probably need to be done several more times to confirm this as a solution, but it definitely worked for me.
Thanks for the tip!

There is something to this method. Just did it myself with Rock in the middle of the count down and I won tied won. Thanks for posting this made it so much easier. :) Thumbs up from me.

This achievement comes down to mere luck. You can get it in Wyatt's chapter in the 400 days chapter. If you fail to get it, rewind and try again. it is missable!
When you hit a guy/walker with the car, you will discuss whether or not to look for the guy. Choose we should check together and when your friend proposes to rock paper scissor it, say that that is fair. Other strategies state that Always giving paper works to win (you need to win 2 out of the possible 3 games). My own strategy involved starting with paper, then depending on what your opponent chooses make your next call. The other guy chose paper as well, so I assumed he'd choose scissors to beat my paper (if I were to choose that again), so I went for rock. Turned out that way. I assumed he'd choose paper afterwards to beat my rock (if I were to choose that again), so I chose scissors. Again, it is luck involved but this strategy worked for me.

I used the same strategy of him trying to beat my last choice, so picking what would beat that. Worked for me first time, but it could have been luck.

You can only obtain this trophy in Wyatt's chapter, and it's a completely random luck based trophy. Toward the middle/end of the chapter you will have to play a game of rock/paper/scissors (no lizard, Spock) to advance the story. You will play three times, unless you keep tying or win the first two. Because of the variation of the draws, there is no single strategy.
If you don't get the hand you need by the third round (you lost), press the button on the controller, the options button, and close the application. Relaunch the game, and it will bring you back to before the sequence began. Just remember this is luck based.
When I obtained it this time, the choices I made were rock (tie), paper (win), rock (tie), paper (win), paper (win).

Only improvement is that you only need to the button and quit to the main menu. No need to close it all the way. Otherwise good guide. Thanks!

I got this on my first try with this guide. He chose rock twice so I chose paper twice in a row and popped the trophy.

This achievement is earned during Wyatt's chapter of the game. A few minutes into the chapter your friend will suggest playing rock, paper, scissors to resolve a dispute. Select "Okay, that's fair" to play. Win two out of three and the achievement will unlock. If you lose two, quit to menu before it auto-saves and resume the game to try again. The pattern at which he goes seems to be random. Here is a video to go into a bit more detail for it:
NOTE: If you've already missed this achievement, rewind or start a new game on Wyatt's chapter. Rewinding will cause you to lose progress you've already made.

This trophy is available during Wyatt's chapter. You will play a game of Rock/Paper/Scissors with your friend. This is more or less based on luck. I played Rock, Scissors, Rock (my friend played Rock, Paper, Scissors in that order) and got the trophy. The trophy will pop after you win 2 of the three hands.
Here's a quick tip for the "Two out of Three" trophy:
You can pause as soon as you see their hands, and if you lost, you can quit to the main menu before the game auto-saves, so you won't need to restart the whole chapter.
